Maintain workflow with the integrated KleenScreen Plus® filtration system between rushes. Twin baskets and stainless steel fry tanks help crews stage fries, chicken, and appetizers efficiently while simplifying cleanup.
Built for busy restaurants, cafeterias, and catering kitchens, this 3-battery fryer rolls into place on adjustable casters—two swivel locking and two non-locking—for safe positioning. With 360,000 BTU of total input, it supports back-to-back batches and consistent results across all three vats.
