This three-vat, 63-inch-wide system offers 65–70 lb oil capacity per vat so teams can stage fries, chicken, and seafood at the same time to keep tickets moving. Millivolt thermostat controls support consistent performance during peak service.
Boost efficiency with the KleenScreen Plus® filtration system to help maintain oil quality between cooks and streamline end-of-shift procedures. Twin baskets support steady batch production for quick-service lines, cafeterias, and catering operations.
Position the fryer bank with ease and lock it in place using adjustable casters with two swivel locking and two non-locking wheels. A stainless steel cabinet and fry tank provide durable construction, while 450,000 BTU of total input delivers the power needed for high-volume workflows.
