The Vulcan PowerFry3 3TR45CF is a gas, high-efficiency, three-battery fryer engineered for demanding fry stations. Its 46-1/2 inch width and ThreePass heat transfer system pair with 210,000 BTU to drive rapid temperature recovery and consistent results. Use it to keep fries, wings, and breaded proteins moving during peak periods without sacrificing quality.
Programmable computer controls with melt cycles help standardize output across shifts and protect solid shortening during start-up. Electronic ignition delivers quick, dependable lighting for back-to-back services. Operators can dial in menus and move from par-fried items to scratch-prepared batches with confidence.
The integrated KleenScreen PLUS filtration system supports cleaner frying and streamlined maintenance throughout the day. A stainless steel cabinet and fry tank stand up to heavy use, while adjustable casters make cleaning under and around the battery fryer simpler.
