Programmable computer controls with melt cycles simplify training and lock in repeatable results during peak service. Vulcan’s ThreePass heat transfer and electronic ignition deliver fast recovery and responsive performance that keeps tickets moving.
The KleenScreen PLUS filtration system speeds oil turnover and helps preserve product quality between rushes. Twin baskets, a stainless steel fry tank and cabinet, and adjustable casters (two swivel locking, two non-locking) support daily workflow and cleaning. With 240,000 BTU and ENERGY STAR efficiency, this triple-vat platform suits multi-menu kitchens, cafeterias, and QSR operations.
