Solid state digital controls with melt cycles simplify start-ups and support consistent frying temps. The ThreePass™ heat transfer system and electronic ignition drive efficient performance across every batch.
Streamline changeovers with the integrated KleenScreen PLUS® filtration, and keep product moving with the included twin baskets. A stainless steel cabinet and fry tank withstand demanding use, while adjustable casters—two swivel locking and two non-locking—make cleaning and repositioning straightforward. ENERGY STAR® certification helps operators manage energy use in high-volume programs like fries, wings, and seafood.
