The Vulcan 4TR65AF PowerFry3 high-efficiency gas fryer battery equips high-volume kitchens with four 65–70 lb vats in an 84-inch-wide footprint. With a combined 280,000 BTU input, it supports high-output frying across multiple stations.
Solid state analog knob controls with melt cycles simplify setup and help maintain target temperatures. The ThreePass heat transfer system and electronic ignition provide consistent, dependable heat.
The integrated KleenScreen PLUS filtration system streamlines routine oil care between cooks. Twin baskets enable batch production of fries, chicken, and seafood, while the stainless steel cabinet and fry tank withstand daily use. Adjustable casters—two swivel locking and two non-locking—aid cleaning access and flexible placement, and the unit is ENERGY STAR qualified with CSA and NSF listings.
