Built for high-volume lines, the Vulcan 72CC-6B36GT Endurance™ restaurant range streamlines cookline workflow with six high-output burners, a 36-inch thermostatic griddle, and dual convection oven bases. With a combined 310,000 BTU, teams can sear, grill, and bake simultaneously to keep tickets moving.
Shift from boiling stock and rapid sautéing on the open burners to all-day breakfast or smash burgers on the griddle with dialed-in surface control. Use the convection oven bases to roast pans of vegetables or bake sheet trays while the top continues service.
A fully-welded chassis and stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and high shelf stand up to daily abuse while simplifying cleanup. Adjustable 6-inch legs make leveling straightforward across mixed floors.
