The Vulcan Endurance restaurant range model 72SC-24GT4B24CB unites a thermostatic griddle, open burners, a charbroiler, and dual ovens in a powerful 72-inch gas platform. Chefs can sear, sauté, grill, bake, and roast without leaving the line. The 24-inch thermostatic griddle with a 7/8-inch plate delivers precise heat for eggs, pancakes, or smash burgers.
Four 30,000 BTU burners with lift-off heads speed boil-to-simmer transitions and simplify cleaning. A 24-inch charbroiler adds presentation-ready grill marks on steaks, chicken, or vegetables. The 4-inch front grease trough helps keep the cooktop clear and service moving.
Streamline workflow with a standard oven and a convection oven base to stage sides, breads, and proteins simultaneously. The stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and high shelf stand up to daily service, while the fully MIG welded frame supports heavy use. Adjustable 6-inch legs make installation and leveling straightforward for any kitchen line.
