The Vulcan 72SC-8B24G Endurance™ restaurant range streamlines high-volume cooking with eight 30,000 BTU burners, a 24" griddle, and both a standard and a convection oven. Tackle breakfast to dinner on a single platform—sear and sauté on the burners, griddle pancakes or smash burgers, and bake or roast below without slowing the line. With manual controls and a total of 350,000 BTU, it’s built to keep pace during peak service.
Improve workflow and durability with a fully MIG welded frame and stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and high shelf. Lift-off burner heads simplify cleaning between turns, while the griddle’s 4" wide front grease trough speeds grease management. Set the unit to your space with 6" adjustable legs, and rely on CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF compliance for a professional, code-ready installation.
