The Vulcan 72SS-6B36G Endurance™ restaurant range streamlines line flow with a spacious 72-inch cooktop that balances speed and versatility. Six 30,000 BTU open burners with lift-off heads ignite rapid boils, steady simmers, and high-heat sautés while preserving precise control at every station.
A 36-inch manual griddle with a 3/4-inch thick plate distributes heat evenly for searing proteins, toasting buns, or executing all-day breakfast. The 4-inch wide front grease trough simplifies runoff control to keep the surface clear and service-ready.
Two standard oven bases support staggered cooking tasks and help consolidate production under one footprint. A fully MIG welded frame and stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and high shelf withstand demanding shifts, while 6-inch adjustable legs make leveling and cleaning easier. With 310,000 BTU total input and CSA/NSF compliance, this range is built for high-volume performance and efficient workflows.
