With eight 30,000 BTU burners and 350,000 BTU total input, it powers through searing, sautéing, and steady simmers to keep tickets moving. Lift-off burner heads accelerate cleaning and changeovers between dayparts.
Leverage the 24" griddle’s 3/4" thick plate for all-day breakfast, smash burgers, and pressed sandwiches, while the 4" wide front grease trough channels runoff for quick wipe-downs and a cleaner line. Run the top for à la carte fire while the ovens handle baking, roasting, or holding, improving workflow and station flexibility for chefs and operators.
Built for demanding kitchens, this range features a stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and high shelf mounted on a fully MIG welded frame.
