Its 1" thick polished steel plate stores energy for fast recovery and excellent searing throughout peak periods. Embedded snap-action thermostats every 12" let you dial in zones from eggs to burgers simultaneously.
Streamline workflow with an easy-to-clean front grease trough and included grease can, plus a low-profile design that integrates easily on the line. Millivolt pilot safety, electric spark or manual ignition, and a front manifold shut-off support safe, efficient operation. Heavy-gauge 4" back and tapered side splashes help contain splatter and maintain a clean station.
Rely on 108,000 BTU of gas-fired performance to execute breakfast griddling, sandwich toasting, and high-volume batch cooking. Stainless steel front and sides stand up to the rigors of daily service while the 4" adjustable legs aid leveling on uneven surfaces.
