Power through high-volume service with the Vulcan 972RX-30 heavy-duty countertop gas griddle. Its 72" W x 30" D cooking surface and 1" thick polished steel plate deliver even heating and quick recovery for eggs, pancakes, smash burgers, and seared proteins.
Control workflow with embedded mechanical snap-action thermostats positioned every 12", allowing multiple temperature zones across the plate. A total of 162,000 BTU fuels fast production, while millivolt pilot safety and electric spark or manual ignition keep starts simple and dependable.
Keep the line clean and efficient with a front grease trough, 4" back and tapered side splashes, and stainless steel front and sides. A low-profile design, 4" adjustable legs, and a front manifold gas shut-off support smooth operation and streamlined service.
