The Vulcan VHP212U Achiever commercial gas hotplate packs powerful performance into a compact 12-inch footprint. Two 30,000 BTU open burners, including a step-up burner, let teams sear, sauté, and simmer simultaneously to keep tickets moving during peak periods.
Protected standing pilots and infinite heat controls provide dependable ignition and precise flame adjustment for delicate sauces or hard sears. Cast iron top grates support heavy cookware, while lift-off burner heads and an aluminized pull-out crumb tray speed end-of-shift cleanup.
A stainless steel front with "Cool Bullnose," plus stainless sides and backsplash, withstand daily rigors and present a clean, professional line. Adjustable 4-inch legs help level the unit on countertops, making it a smart fit for tight cooklines, prep stations, and staging areas.
