Eight open burners are arranged with four front and four raised rear positions to maximize reach and visibility. Each burner delivers 30,000 BTU for a total of 240,000 BTU, giving you the power to sear, boil, and rapidly recover between turns. Infinite heat controls let chefs dial in precise flame levels for delicate reductions or aggressive stir-fries. Protected standing pilots keep burners ready for quick ignition throughout the shift.
Built for daily duty, cast iron top grates support heavy cookware while the stainless steel front, sides, and backsplash resist wear. Lift-off burner heads and an aluminized pull-out crumb tray accelerate cleanup and maintenance. Adjustable 4-inch legs simplify leveling on varied counters for a stable cooking platform.
