Load up to three 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans for vegetables, seafood, dumplings, or high-volume sides. Staged water fill and split water lines stabilize steam production during rush periods, while the constant steam feature keeps items ready for plating or service.
Professional controls streamline workflow with a 60-minute timer and buzzer, clear cook/ready lights, and a positive power switch. Timed Smart Drain & PowerFlush aid routine scale removal to help maintain consistent performance between deep cleans.
