The Vulcan C24EA5-PS countertop electric convection steamer streamlines high-volume production in tight spaces. Its PowerSteam™ Series design harnesses superheated steam to quickly penetrate full hotel pans while preserving texture and color. Chefs can load five 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans to batch vegetables, seafood, or starches with consistent results.
Professional controls provide a 60-minute timer with buzzer, cook/ready lights, and a constant steam feature to keep tickets moving during rushes. Staged water fill and split water lines support steady performance and water management. Stainless steel interior and exterior deliver durability and fast cleanup between turns.
A high-output stainless steel steam generator with Timed Smart Drain & Powerflush simplifies routine maintenance and keeps performance on pace. Put it on a cookline, in a commissary, or in banquet operations to retherm, finish, and hold pan-after-pan. Leveling feet make setup straightforward on a variety of counters.
