The Vulcan C24ET10-PS PowerSteam electric two-compartment convection steamer streamlines high-volume production on a compact 24-inch cabinet base. Handle up to ten 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans across two cavities to batch vegetables, seafood, dumplings, and starches with speed and consistency. Dual high-output stainless steel steam generators deliver 235°F superheated steam for fast recovery and even results.
Run separate cook cycles at once using individual professional controls, 60-minute timers, and buzzers for each compartment. A constant steam feature supports rapid turnover for banquets, commissaries, and busy à la carte lines, helping you keep tickets moving during peak service.
Smart Drain with Powerflush aids sediment removal, while staged water fill and a split water line help manage water quality and workflow. Stainless steel interior and exterior construction stands up to daily use, dual delime ports simplify descaling, and leveling feet ease on-site setup.
