Handle up to six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans across varied menus with precise, compartment-level control. Each section features a 60-minute timer, buzzer, and constant steam option to fine-tune production. A compact 24" cabinet base supports efficient workflow in tight cooklines.
Daily care stays simple with a Smart Drain system and Powerflush, plus dual delime ports. Staged water fill, a split water line, and a single drain connection streamline installation and routine maintenance for busy facilities.
