The Vulcan C24GA6 gas convection steamer streamlines high-volume cooking with two compartments on a compact 24-inch cabinet base. Its high-output stainless steel steam generator with Timed Smart Drain & PowerFlush and 125,000 BTU total input helps maintain performance and uptime during demanding service.
Load up to six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans to batch vegetables, seafood, or proteins while preserving moisture and plate-ready presentation. Staged water fill, a split water line, and a constant steam feature support consistent results from the first tray to the last. Use it to keep multiple menu items moving during peak periods.
Professional controls include a 60-minute timer and a buzzer for each compartment to pace production and coordinate tickets. Durable stainless steel interior, exterior, frame, and flanged feet stand up to daily use in busy kitchens.
