The stainless steel top drain section channels oil away, while a removable grease collector simplifies disposal and cleanup. Use it as a fryer dump station to land fries, wings, or cutlets between the fryer and plating to keep service moving.
Install it free standing or attach it as an add-on beside 85 lb gas or electric fryers using the included connecting strip and hardware. The 21-inch-wide, 34-3/8-inch-deep footprint supports efficient workflows without crowding the cookline, and the stainless steel cabinet base withstands daily rigors.
Roll the unit into position for prep or sanitation, then lock two casters to hold it steady during peak service. Skim crumbs, stage baskets, and reduce oil carryover to improve consistency and presentation across high-volume menus.
