An 80-gallon capacity handles stocks, sauces, and chili for banquets or commissaries. A spring-assisted hinged cover with heavy-duty pivot assembly opens smoothly for stirring and staging. Stainless steel construction with a 316 series stainless steel liner stands up to acidic recipes and rigorous cleaning.
Streamline draining and portioning with the 2" plug draw-off valve and perforated strainer, and verify yields using the graduated measuring rod. A faucet bracket keeps rinsing tools at hand, while flanged feet anchor the unit for safe operation. This configuration helps reduce handling and maintain consistency across batches.
