Bottom-mounted snap action thermostats every 12" enable independent zones, so you can transition from delicate items to higher-heat tasks without disrupting workflow. A front grease trough and 4" back and tapered side splashes channel runoff to help maintain a tidier station.
The low-profile, stainless steel build with front top ledge and "Cool Bullnose" supports operator-friendly handling at the front edge. Four-inch adjustable legs make leveling straightforward across varied counters to integrate seamlessly into existing cooklines.
