The Vulcan HEG36E electric countertop griddle drives speed and consistency on busy lines. A 36" W x 24" D cooking surface with a 1/2" thick polished steel plate distributes heat for confident searing and quick recovery. Its low-profile design frees sightlines and keeps plating within easy reach.
Manage multiple tickets with bottom-mounted snap-action thermostats every 12", creating independent zones for eggs, pancakes, burgers, and veggies. Stainless steel front and sides with a front top ledge and "Cool Bullnose" help operators work comfortably through long shifts. A front grease trough and 4" back and tapered side splashes contain and channel runoff to maintain a cleaner station.
Four adjustable 4" legs let you level the unit across varied counters and align with adjacent equipment. The HEG36E is suited to diners, campus kitchens, and hotel banquets where fast, reliable griddle production supports service flow. cCSAus and NSF listings support code compliance and quality assurance.
