Engineered for demanding kitchens, the Vulcan HEG60E electric countertop griddle drives high-volume production on a 60 in W x 24 in D surface. Its 3/4 in thick polished steel plate promotes even heat and recovery for consistent searing and caramelization. A low-profile, stainless steel build stands up to the rigors of the line.
Control workflow by zoning heat with bottom-mounted snap-action thermostats every 12 inches—keep breakfast items on one side while finishing burgers or vegetables on the other. Two front grease troughs accelerate cleanup, while 4 in back and tapered side splashes help contain spatter. The front top ledge with "Cool Bullnose" provides a comfortable work edge and added operator protection.
Set the unit level with 4 in adjustable legs to match existing equipment and streamline the pass. CSAus and NSF listings support commercial installation and routine inspection.
