The Vulcan K60ELT tilting kettle streamlines high-volume batch production with a 60-gallon true working capacity. Its electric, 2/3 jacketed design delivers uniform heating to simmer stocks, sauces, and soups with consistent results.
A 316 series stainless steel liner and ellipsoidal bottom promote efficient heat transfer and smooth agitation, ideal for chili, gravy, or custard. Manual tilt gives operators accurate, controlled pouring into pans or totes to speed changeovers and reduce waste.
Stainless steel construction and a stable tri-leg base withstand daily use in demanding kitchens. A faucet bracket on the tilting console simplifies mounting a fill or rinse faucet to streamline prep and cleanup for chefs and facility managers.
