Embedded mechanical snap-action thermostats every 12 inches enable precise, responsive zoned control, letting crews stage eggs, pancakes, burgers, and veggies side by side. An 81,000 BTU output powers through peak demand, while manual ignition with a millivolt pilot safety supports reliable startup and operation.
Streamline workflow and cleanup with a front grease trough that captures runoff as you cook. Stainless steel front and sides, plus 4 inch back and tapered side splashes, help contain mess and simplify wiping between tickets.
