A 60" W x 24" D cooking surface with a 1" thick polished steel plate retains heat for consistent searing, while embedded snap-action thermostats every 12" let you run precise zones side-by-side.
Speed through breakfast and lunch—sear burgers and bacon, caramelize onions, or flip pancakes without crowding. A front grease trough and 6 qt. can streamline scraping and skimming between tickets, and the 4" back and tapered side splashes help contain splatter for a cleaner station.
Built for reliability, it features manual ignition with millivolt pilot safety and a durable stainless steel front and sides. The low-profile form and 4" adjustable legs simplify placement and leveling on busy cooklines, while 135,000 BTU output supports fast recovery during peak service.
