Embedded mechanical snap action thermostats every 12 inches let operators create independent zones—sear burgers, hold pancakes, and finish vegetables simultaneously on one surface. Manual ignition with a millivolt pilot safety supports reliable startup and safe operation during peak periods.
A front grease trough speeds scraping and skimming, while 4" back and tapered side splashes help contain splatter for a cleaner station and better presentation. The low-profile countertop design with stainless steel front and sides integrates easily on existing stands, and 4" adjustable legs simplify leveling.
