Durable stainless steel construction with a 316 series liner stands up to acidic recipes and daily wear. The stainless steel spring-assisted hinged cover with a heavy-duty pivot assembly makes loading safer and reduces operator strain. A 2-inch plug draw-off valve with a perforated strainer expedites transfers while separating liquids from solids.
Maintain accuracy with the graduated measuring rod for repeatable yields, and position rinse water easily using the faucet bracket. Flanged feet secure the kettle in place for stable operation in commissaries, institutions, and hotel or casino kitchens.
