The Vulcan SX60F-6B24GN-QS-PLATINUM natural gas, 60-inch restaurant range equips busy kitchens with six high-output burners, a 24-inch griddle, and two standard ovens to streamline service from prep to plate. Chefs can sear, sauté, and pan-fry while the griddle turns out pancakes, burgers, or omelets on demand. Quick Ship availability helps operators react to changing volume and keep operations moving.
Each of the six 28,000 BTU burners features lift-off heads to speed cleanup and maintenance, while a 258,000 BTU total output supports high-volume cooking. Stage sauces on the open top as the griddle handles breakfast rushes or à la carte finishing, and use the dual ovens to bake, roast, or hold without tying up the line.
Built for daily duty, this range features a stainless steel front, sides, backriser, and high shelf for durability and easy wipe-downs. A fully MIG welded frame adds rigidity, and 6-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling on uneven floors. ETL-Sanitation compliance supports food safety programs for kitchens and facilities of all sizes.
