The Vulcan V112H brings heavy-duty hot-top performance to a compact 12-inch footprint. A single 30,000 BTU gas hot top with a polished cast iron surface delivers the heat output chefs need for stock pots, rondeaus, and saute pans.
Built on a modular frame, this section fits seamlessly into V Series cooklines or standalone stations to streamline workflow. Stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box & stub back resist wear and speed cleanup, while 4-inch flanged feet add stability and sanitation clearance.
Use the broad heating surface to simmer sauces, hold soups, finish reductions, or bring large batches to a controlled boil. CSA and NSF listings support code compliance across commercial kitchens and foodservice operations.
