Streamline sauce work, sauté prep, and pan finishing by sliding pans to hotter or cooler zones as service demands. This setup helps maintain consistency and presentation while keeping the station organized and moving.
Individual pilots & controls enable quick light-ups and responsive adjustments throughout the rush. A stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back, plus 4-inch flanged feet, deliver durable stability for demanding operations.
