The Vulcan V1FT36C V Series Heavy Duty 36" gas range combines a radial fin French top with a convection oven to streamline production on busy lines. Deploy 77,000 BTU to power through prep and peak service. Its 36-inch width integrates easily into standard cooklines while maximizing capability.
Work the radial fin French top to slide pans and modulate intensity across a single continuous surface—ideal for sauces, reductions, and finishing. The layout supports continuous cooking and holding without juggling multiple open burners. Stage several pots and manage heat by position to keep service moving.
The convection oven base accelerates roasting and baking, and two included racks add batch flexibility. A stainless steel front, top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back provide durability and easy cleanup. Six-inch adjustable legs aid leveling and sanitation, with CSA and NSF listings supporting compliance in professional kitchens.
