Built for the pace of busy lines, the Vulcan V1FT36S V Series 36-inch heavy-duty gas range combines a radial fin French top with a standard oven to streamline back-of-house workflows. With 95,000 BTU, it powers through searing, sautéing, and high-volume prep while maintaining dependable performance.
Use the French top’s broad surface to slide pans from intense heat at the center to gentler zones at the edge—ideal for sauces, stocks, and multi-pan sauté stations. A stainless steel front and front top ledge stand up to daily service and offer convenient staging right on the line.
The integrated standard oven handles roasting, finishing, and daily baking, and includes one rack to get you started. Six-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling and cleaning clearance. CSA and NSF listings support code compliance across commercial kitchens.
