The Vulcan V1P18 is an 18-inch, modular V Series heavy-duty gas range section featuring a plancha top for high-output, line-ready cooking. Its 1/2" polished steel plate delivers a smooth surface suited for searing, finishing, and all-day service. Individual pilots and controls support precise firing during busy shifts.
A 3-sided grease trough streamlines cleanup and keeps the cook surface clear for efficient plating and transfers. Stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back are built for durability and easy wipe-downs. The compact modular footprint helps you tailor or expand a V Series cookline as menus evolve.
With 17,500 BTU of gas power, this plancha handles breakfast items, vegetables, proteins, and finishing work with confidence. Four-inch flanged feet are included. CSA and NSF listings support compliance in regulated foodservice operations.
