Power your line with the Vulcan V236HS, a 36-inch V Series heavy duty gas range built for demanding kitchens. Two hot tops give chefs room to manage stockpots and sauce pans while the standard oven handles baking, roasting, or finishing. This configuration helps streamline back-of-house workflow from prep to service.
Leverage 110,000 BTU of total input to keep production moving during peak periods. The standard oven includes one rack, allowing operators to stage pans or sheet trays without slowing the line. Use the hot tops to hold sauces, reduce stocks, or sear in heavy pans, then move dishes into the oven to finish.
Stainless steel on the front, top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back stands up to daily use and wipes down quickly. Six-inch adjustable legs simplify leveling on uneven floors and set the right working height for your team. CSA and NSF listings support compliance in commercial foodservice environments.
