Two 35,000 BTU open burners deliver 70,000 BTU total, giving chefs the firepower to sear proteins, sauté sides, or bring small batches to a boil with ample heat. Its modular design integrates cleanly into custom suites or existing cooklines to maximize every inch.
Engineered for heavy-duty service, this section features a stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back. Durable cast iron grates support heavy pans and stock pots during peak service. Four-inch flanged feet help secure the unit for a steady station.
Use the front top ledge as a practical landing area to stage pans or plate components and keep the pass organized. Gas-powered performance fits kitchens already plumbed for gas. CSA and NSF listings support safety and sanitation compliance across commercial operations.
