The Vulcan V2B18 V Series 18" modular heavy-duty gas range section equips your line with two 35,000 BTU open burners, delivering 70,000 BTU of cooking power. This compact 18" footprint adds serious firepower without consuming valuable lineup space. Put it to work for high-heat searing, sautéing, or bringing stock to a boil.
Cast iron grates support hefty cookware and stand up to daily use. Individual pilots and controls on each burner let chefs dial in heat independently, keeping sauces, sides, and mains on schedule. A stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back are built for heavy use and wipe down easily.
The modular design integrates neatly into a cookline as you expand stations or reconfigure workflow. 4" flanged feet promote a stable, secure installation. CSA and NSF listings support compliance in commercial kitchens.
