The Vulcan V2B18B V Series Heavy Duty Range concentrates high-output cooking power into a compact 18-inch footprint. Two 35,000 BTU open burners deliver 70,000 BTU total to sear proteins, boil stocks, and drive fast reductions. Deploy it to maximize line capacity without giving up burner performance.
Heavy-duty cast iron grates support large stock pots and distribute heat consistently.
