The Vulcan V2BG18 is a 36-inch, heavy-duty modular gas range built to streamline high-volume lines. It pairs two 35,000 BTU open burners with an 18-inch griddle, letting crews boil, sauté, and sear while simultaneously griddling. This mixed surface speeds ticket flow on busy brunch, burger, or sauté stations.
With 100,000 BTU total input, the open burners drive rapid recovery for stockpots and pans, while the griddle handles eggs, pancakes, proteins, and toasting. Operators can stage components and finish plates on one footprint, reducing steps and keeping the pass moving. Modular design fits cook suites or island lines as needs grow.
All stainless steel on the front, top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back stands up to daily abuse and wipes down fast. Four-inch flanged feet secure the unit for a stable, precise lineup. CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings support safety and sanitation programs.
