Built for demanding lines, the Vulcan V2BG18B 36-inch heavy-duty gas range unites (2) high-output open burners with an 18" griddle to streamline multi-task cooking. With a 100,000 BTU total input, it powers through peak service with the capacity chefs and foodservice operators expect. Specify it to boost throughput while keeping a compact footprint.
Pan-sear or simmer on the (2) 35,000 BTU open burners while the 18" griddle handles eggs, pancakes, or smash burgers. The mixed top gives you one station for breakfast rush, short-order staples, and à la carte finishing without shuffling between appliances. A cabinet base keeps sheet pans and stock pots close at hand to speed plating and resets.
Engineered for durability, the stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back stand up to daily abuse. Six-inch adjustable legs help you level the range and maintain cleaning clearance. CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings support safety and compliance across facilities.
