Engineered for demanding cooklines, the Vulcan V2BG24 V Series 36-inch heavy-duty gas range top combines two 35,000 BTU open burners with a 24-inch griddle for a total of 130,000 BTU. This modular design lets chefs transition from sautéing and boiling to griddling without breaking workflow.
Run multiple tickets at once: simmer stocks or reduce sauces on the open burners while the griddle turns out eggs, pancakes, quesadillas, or smash burgers. The compact 36-inch size helps streamline stations for breakfast service, short-order production, or finishing tasks on a busy line.
Built for relentless service, it features a stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back that stand up to daily heat and abrasion. Four-inch flanged feet anchor the unit solidly, and CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings support professional kitchen compliance.
