The Vulcan V2BG24S V Series heavy-duty 36-inch gas range integrates two 35,000 BTU open burners, a 24-inch griddle, and a standard oven to streamline line cooking in busy operations. Sear, sauté, and griddle while baking or finishing in the oven to maintain momentum during peak periods.
With 180,000 total BTU, this range supplies high-output heat across stations. A stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back withstand constant use and simplify cleanup.
Stage pans on the front ledge, level the unit quickly on 6-inch adjustable legs, and keep your cookline organized. Use the griddle for breakfast items or burgers while the burners handle sauces and stocks, then finish trays in the oven. CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF listings support safety and sanitation compliance.
