The Vulcan V2BG4TB V Series Heavy Duty Range streamlines high-volume cooking in a compact 36-inch footprint. A two-burner and 24-inch griddle lineup lets you sear, sauté, and grill side-by-side to accelerate tickets and consolidate stations. Ideal for à la carte lines, catering operations, and production prep.
Two 35,000 BTU open burners deliver powerful heat for rapid boils and steady pan work. The 24-inch griddle uses thermostatic controls to hold set temperatures for consistent eggs, pancakes, burgers, or seared vegetables through peak rushes. Move seamlessly between zones to stage menu items with precision.
A cabinet base keeps pans, smallwares, and backup ingredients organized beneath the cooktop to tighten workflow. Stainless steel front, top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back withstand daily wear and simplify cleanup, while 6-inch adjustable legs help you level on uneven floors.
