The Vulcan V2P36 V Series Heavy Duty Range equips high-volume kitchens with dual planchas in a 36-inch modular footprint. Its 1/2-inch polished steel plates create broad, flat cooking zones for searing, caramelizing, and finishing. Build a seamless cookline by dropping this module alongside other V Series components.
Chefs can stage proteins on one plate while toasting breads or searing vegetables on the other to streamline tickets and reduce pan traffic. The expansive surface supports breakfast griddling, sandwich stations, and à la carte production. Gas power helps crews maintain throughput during peak periods.
A stainless steel front, top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and 4-inch stub back handle daily service and simplify wipe-downs. 4-inch flanged feet suit fixed installation within a modular lineup. CSA and NSF listings support compliance in commercial kitchens.
