Its 1/2-inch polished steel plate provides a broad cooking surface for searing steaks, caramelizing vegetables, and finishing sauces à la minute. Chefs can stage proteins and sides side-by-side to keep tickets moving during peak service.
A stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and 4-inch stub back are built for busy kitchen use and streamline cleanup. Six-inch adjustable legs help you level the unit under any hood or suite line.
