The Vulcan V2P36C V Series heavy-duty 36" gas range pairs dual planchas with a convection oven to streamline production on a busy line. Stage proteins, buns, and vegetables side by side on the planchas while baking or roasting in the oven below. This compact footprint consolidates tasks to reduce steps during peak service.
A 1/2" polished steel plate offers a broad, durable cooking surface suited to all-day breakfast, à la carte service, and banquet prep. Stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and 4" stub back are built for daily cleaning and demanding schedules. Six-inch adjustable legs help you level the unit for safer, more consistent results.
With 67,000 BTU of gas performance and convection baking, the V2P36C supports efficient griddling, roasting, and finishing.
