Engineered for demanding cooklines, the Vulcan V4B24B V Series Heavy Duty 24-inch gas range concentrates high-output performance in a compact footprint. Four 35,000-BTU open burners deliver rapid boil times and responsive heat control for searing, sautéing, and pan-roasting. It’s an efficient fit for busy restaurants, hotels, and institutional kitchens.
Heavy cast iron grates support large stock pots and skillets while promoting even heat transfer. A stainless steel front, top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back resist corrosion and wipe down quickly to keep the line clean between rushes.
The integrated storage base with cabinet doors keeps cookware and smallwares at arm’s reach to streamline workflow and speed station resets. Six-inch adjustable legs make leveling simple and improve access for floor cleaning. CSA and NSF listings support code compliance and food safety standards.
