The Vulcan V4B36B V Series Heavy Duty Range equips busy lines with concentrated power and reliable control. Four 35,000 BTU open burners deliver 140,000 BTU total output for fast boils, hard sears, and steady simmers. At 36 inches wide, it integrates cleanly into standard cooklines while preserving workspace.
Durable cast iron grates support heavy stockpots and distribute heat evenly across pan surfaces. A stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back resist corrosion and wipe down quickly to keep stations moving. Operators can stage sauté, pan-roast, or batch prep without interruption.
The integrated cabinet base keeps tools, pans, and supplies within reach to streamline ticket times. Six-inch adjustable legs help you level the range for safe, consistent cooking on any kitchen floor. CSA and NSF certifications assist with specification and inspection requirements.
